I’ve recently picked up tennis, and haven’t put it down since. It’s an easy-going, cardio filled sport that allows me to participate in a team while competing individually. Cheerleading, has the same aspects but also helps get me comfortable in front of a crowd, increases my flexibility, and of course improves my dance moves!
